We will provide defendants, attorneys, and the public with the highest level of service in an efficient, impartial and professional manner. Our administration pledges to provide justice and accountability to meet the highest standards.

Hilliard Mayor’s Court is held every Wednesday of each month. The staff is available at 7:00 a.m. for defendants to sign in. The sign-in works on a first come first serve basis.
The defendants will also have the opportunity if they wish to speak with the City Prosecutor before their case is heard in open court.
There is currently road construction on Northwest Parkway. To access our building, you must enter from Main Street/Avery Road. Click link below for more information on the construction.
